It is important you are pleased with your purchase.  Please contact me if you have questions or concerns and I will do what I can to help.

If you are not happy with your purchase please return within 7 days in the same packaging that you received it.  It should be received back within 30 days in the same condition that it was sent.  You will be responsible for cost of return shipping.  When it is received in good condition I will refund or exchange your purchase.

In the rare circumstance where your package is not received in a timely manner please do the following first:

  • Look at the approximate dates of arrival on the Shipping page.
  • Check with your local Post Office to make sure they are not holding it for you.
  • Check with family members or neighbours to make sure they didn’t receive it or take it in for you.
