NOTE: Shipping will usually take longer because of COVID-19.
Within 1-2 business days of receiving your order it will be shipped from my studio in Toronto. See below for the approximate times it will take for you to receive your purchase after it is sent out.
U.S. and Canada shipping
Canada – approximately 2-10 business days
U.S. – approximately 4-10 business days (usually within 5 business days)
Shipping costs will be added to your order when you check out. 11×14 and 8×10 prints are sent Expedited mail with tracking. 5×7 prints are sent by regular mail unless you contact me and request an upgrade to Expedited mail which would cost more.
U.S. orders are sent First Class Mail with Tracking (US).
***At this time all orders to U.S have tracking and I will send you the tracking number after your order has been sent.
For orders over US$45 (Canada) or US$60 (U.S) you will see a ‘Free Shipping’ box, so check this box to save if this applies to you.
If you would prefer to upgrade to tracking or faster shipping for Canada please let me know before placing your order and I will let you know the cost and adjust the shipping cost accordingly. Also, if you need your purchase rushed contact me and I will let you know how much an upgrade for a quicker arrival will cost to your location.
International Shipping (Air Mail)
Europe – approximately 7-21 business days.
Australia & New Zealand – approximately 10-28 business days.
These orders are shipped by courier which has tracking.
Duties and Local Taxes for International Buyers
Please be aware that you are responsible for any taxes, customs fees, VAT or other amounts levied by your home country. Also, if there is a delay at customs that is something I have no control over.
NOTE: I package prints to prevent damage but if, in the rare circumstance that you do receive a damaged item please contact me upon receipt of the item.
